About the Course
Opportunity Classes (OC) are specialised Year 5–6 classes in NSW primary schools designed for academically gifted and talented students. Entry is determined through the OC Placement Test, which evaluates:
Reading – advanced comprehension and inference skills
Mathematical Reasoning – logical problem-solving and pattern recognition
Thinking Skills – analytical reasoning and non-verbal problem-solving
The OC program offers an enriched curriculum, faster learning pace, and more challenging content—providing an ideal environment for students who thrive on academic stimulation.
We prepare students for the OC Test with targeted practice, critical thinking development, and exam strategy coaching. Our goal is to ensure they are not only ready for the test but also confident and motivated to excel in the OC program.
